Poor workmanship and late delivery

I bought a wedding ring from [URL Removed] beginning October 2015. The size I ordered was size 7 for my new to be fiance and delivery was quite speedy, 5 days.<br> I asked her to marry me on 14 November 2015 and to my surprise the ring was one size to big, my fault. I contacted Rose from Jeulie and they will change to size 6 I just have to return the ring.<br> We sent the ring back but waited forever to reach Jeulia. We were in constant contact with them (Rose) to find out if they have received the ring. We had to pay another R 1 300.00 apparently for custom duty in China. They eventually sent us another ring but under declared it on invoice so customs took hold of it and wanted me to pay customs duty again.<br> I immediately contacted Rose and she then would send us another one with a different courier. We received the ring on 01 February (2 and half months later) and another R 398 duty.<br> on 5 February the on stone fell out of the ring and I took photos and send Rose a disappointing mail about poor workmanship.<br> They will refund me but I must send the ring back and may pay another R1 300.00 customs duty fee.<br> Worst service I ever encountered<br> Thanx for nothing.<br> Kobus Strydom
