POOR QUALITY, FALSE ADVERTISING

My fiance bought me an engagement ring from above-mentioned company. The website states that the ring is rhodium plated, rhodium is a high end alloy metal which does not scratch or discolor as stainless steel / silver would. I have had the ring for two months. I take it off whenever I am cleaning, cooking, or know I might be able to scratch it with whatever I am doing, and put it in its velvet box. The ring has scratched terribly and even has dents out. This is NOT rhodium plated. My fiance complained directly to the company and the lady didn't seemed fazed by it. She offered for him to pay in R1000 so that he could get a new ring. NO apology, NO NOTHING! This is shocking! I would not recommend anyone buying from this company as they falsely advertise.<br>
