Pathetic service

I ordered Christmas present for my wife 8 working days before Christmas and Jeulia 's delivery times are 3-7 working days. Today is 8 working days later and the package is not even shipped yet. Now they use the excuse of it is Christmas and they are very busy...no email or anything to warn customers about delays. Now I had to make last minute run around to organize a present for my wife. The lady (Rose) responding to my mails are not even capable to deal professionally with customers. I will advise all to please stay away as they are pathetic.
