Not just a review - but a guide

People this is an online shop, and they clearly state that they are overseas.

Online shop means your package goes through customs. As in South African customs - it is outside their control.

Also this is a jewellery store - with most products being imported you pay 15% tax or something. Jewellery seems to to be 30%. Trust me, do not buy clothing online - it is even more. (do not argue with me on percentages here - they are guess-timates only, but not far from being incorrect)

Free shipping people. Any package coming to SA takes about 6 days. The 30 days and up to 90 days onwards is because of our own garbage postal services. Again not Jeulia's problem.

So don't be stingy - use the DHL option, it is R300 only. Not only do they get your package to you within say 10 days - but they handle Customs as well. Do the tracking, when it reaches customs then call them, basic info is provided, they mail you the invoice, done.

If you use free shipping, well good luck. I've had more than 50 packages come in, every single one has a new issue. If you don't understand Customs and who to contact when then good luck.

Now the review: very well-made, very good prices, look out for specials and coupons, well packaged, extreme professionalism, I was very well impressed every step of the way.
