NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM [URL Removed]

I bought my husband a ring for his birthday. On the website [URL Removed] it clearly states that it is FREE DELIVERY. I get a call from DHL saying that I have to pay duty and taxes of R6000.00!! And I only paid R970 for the ring. I called Jeulia and explained that I am not going to pay R6000 for a R900 ring. They refused to help me and said they cannot give me my money back. This is utter bull! I am the customer and they refused to help me. Their number is ***. The lady actually laughed at me when I told her that I will be taking the matter further. I only want my money back. That's all I am asking. Now i am still stuck without a present for my husband. Really really dissapointed<br>
