Juelia must be stopped

I bought a ring for R1000, got delivered but was too big. I was informed that they can not exchange it, they will sent a new size for R600. The couriers informed me that it was under declared and I have to pay R1500. I refuse to pay this. Juelia is trading as a South African company but they import from China. It is false advertising and then they import with your name and you have to sit with all the extra costs. These people should be stopped and not be allowed to trade. Their products are cheap stuff selling for more than it's worth. They do not want to pay back my money R600. I still have no ring. So in fact they are *******. This Rose person could barely understood me when I contacted them BECAUSE THEY ARE CHINEEEEESE! I don't even care about the ring as long as they are stopped from selling their **** in SA and ********ting everybody!!!
