Jeulia won't deliver!!

After reading other positive reviews and watching some youtube videos I decided to order a ring from Jeulia. The order was placed on the 19th of February with express shipping paid for but they have failed to deliver on their promise. There has been no shipping information when they had said it would take 5 -9 working days. Each time I email they respond with: "We have passed the message to our sales team and they will ship it as soon as possible".

I would not recommend their business.
