Jeulia *****ing customer's money!

61 days and still nothing! I ordered 2 rings for my wife as a Christmas present early in December 2021. Just before Christmas I received a mail that said: "They are behind on shipping and it would only arrive in January 2022" . I made peace with the fact that I must now go buy another a Christmas present and waited patienly for the order to arrive. After numerous mails and frustrating online experiences with Jeulia, I still have nothing to show for my money spent. The last email I received, they told me I must follow up with the postal service myself??? I paid you for the service and now I must go on this gost hunt that I know nothing about! I have asked numerous times for my money back and they just keep avoiding my questions and say: "The package is on its way".

Worst online shopping experience ever! I would not recommend anyone to use their service!
