Jeulia ****

<p>I really can't understand the good reviews about Jeulia and am very sure its planted as they are very clever **********. My 7day delivery time took almost 3 months, being told its on its way every time and there is no manager to speak to. Then I had to pay a huge duty fee that is not mentioned anywhere on their SA site. Then it was the wrong ring and their "hassle free returns" claim came to them telling me to just buy a new ring from them as it will be cheaper than returning. I need to pay Aramex R600 to return it and then shipping that is now not free because it is a 2nd shipping plus I have to pay duties again. They don't take any responsibility, not even when you say they sent you a faulty ring that doesn't look like ad. I wasted R3500 and now have to pay another R1500plus to get it sorted. Please don't read the good reviews, its ****. Stay away! </p>
