Jeulia is a **** don't waste your money

<p>I purchased a ring for my wife only to find out that the ring is stuck at customs with a penalty of 1500 because Jeulia send a invoice with the parcel with a very small amount to customs to avoid customs duty. Customs caught them out and gave a penalty of R1500 and duty must be paid now act…. Jeulia say there is nothing they can do about it I must pay the total sum of R2700 to customs to get my ring witch cost only R2300.</p> <p>Jeulia refuse to sort it out. I spoke to Aromax witch is the courier company Jeulia use and they say it happens all the time with the Jeulia Company. Customs keep the rings (hundreds of them) and sell it on auction to recover some of their cost.</p>
