JEULIA CANNOT BE TRUSTED, WE WERE **********

Hi, <br> <br> Could you please help me, we bought a ring from Jeulia online store, it arrived in South Africa but customs refuses to give us the ring as they claim that Jeulia made an error and we therefore need to pay an additional R2632. <br> <br> We cant and we refuse to pay that amount, the amount they are asking for is more than the actual ring itself, it simply doesn't make any sense. I then contacted your online chat and they simply said sorry they will reship another ring for half the price of the original ring, I need help as I feel that this is all unfair. <br> <br> Why do I have to pay to get my ring, I already paid for the ring, paying again is way too ridiculous. Jeulia is the one that placed incorrect figures and customs picked that up, now we have to all of a sudden pay more money. We talk customs they tell us to pay, we speak to Jeulia and we are again told to pay. WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE RING, WHY PAY AGAIN???<br> <br> This is unfair and I honestly think that someone in Jeulia is cooking the books and cheating people off. If you go to hellopeter.com you will also see that Jeulia is known for this massive ****. I am angry and very much disappointed, up to now we have not received any good help
