JEULIA A *******-R 2500 CUSTOMS PAYABLE

Hi, <br> <br> Could you please help me, i bought a ring from Jeulia online store, it arrived in South Africa but customs refuses to give us the ring as they claim that Jeulia made an error and we therefore need to pay an additional R2200. <br> <br> i cant pay that amount as shipping was free and no additional costs were advised. I refuse to pay that amount, the amount they are asking for is more than the actual ring itself, it simply doesn't make any sense.<br> <br> Why do I have to pay to get my ring, I already paid for the ring, paying again is way too ridiculous. Jeulia is the one that placed incorrect figures to avoid customs duty and customs picked that up- now will I have to pay more money. I contacted customs and was told to pay. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE RING, WHY PAY AGAIN??? i was asked to pay R900 and get the ring or get a 450 refund. The ring was R 1600 . And the explanation was\ sorry that customs is charging this amount\"<br> <br> Someone in Jeulia is conducting business **********ly. Please advise on how i can get a full refund."
