Courier company phoned to tell me that Jeulia said they are not responsible for a R1500 fine due to products stoped by customs that are over the amount of R500. Jeulia claims the product is under that amount. I have a proof of payment from them for R902.50. Customs SA phoned Jeulia in regards to this and acording to the couriers they said that customs have to destroy the products. They also informed me that there are about 125 other customer that are going to receive the same bad news
