Reading some negative reviews perhaps we are not talking about the same company. I have purchased three rings and have had to exchange one of them for a different size once and never had any issues. Yes, I ordered a wrong size, and pay the shipping fee for exchange, no hassle at all. They responded quickly and helped me exchange it. Delivery was 4 days as promised. I will continue to shop on their website
