I was unable to keep the ring

<p>I was unable to keep the ring because I have allergy to the ring when I wear it.</p> <p>I called customer service and was helped by a very courteous representative from the company.</p> <p>He immediately sent me an email with instructions for return. The refund was promptly credited to my account when received. Wish all companies had this level of customer service.</p>
