I bought a ring from this company and the shipped the order and placed the wrong value of the ring on the package. They now say they did it to assist me with evading payment of custom charges. I never asked for this and they are not responding to any correspondence I have made. Yet customs have called me and said I am going to pay a penalty fee of Over R1000 for the shady decision they took. I need a refund of my money as I am not a party to such act and can't be liable for their wrong decision. Kindly assist in this regard.
