I bought a ring from them and i received a call from customs telling me about additional costs to have my package released. No where on there terms and conditions do they state there would be extra cost. I requested my money back or for them to cover the cost. They refuse and are only willing to pay a small part of the cost and have the nerve to ask me to buy a new ring and they will by pass the customs costs. I want my package or my money back. Please assist me urgently Tracy
