<p>Extremely well organised **********, no mention of import duties and their advert does not mention that their merchandise is imported from Hong Kong, although their service email is .coza. Rose who is their contact person (main *********) will use every opportunity to cheat you out of your money. They under declared the value of the ring that I bought from them and now the ring is being held at customs and the penalties are more than the value of the ring so in simple terms... I loose! All Rose says is sorry for the inconvenience but we can only refund you R450 ot of R3000 and you can pay the balance to release your ring. How am I expected to pay double the price for their wrong doing? Don't buy from them. It's a trap.</p>
