False advertising and lack of accountability

<p>Purchased a ring from jeulia.co.za. The item was sent but then held back at customs until I pay the import duty which accounts for about 50% of the original purchase price. Not once while placing the order was there any mention that this could be a possibility. When I enquired with the seller they just said they are sorry and that I have to pay the fee or basically order a new one and pay again</p>
