False Advertising
<p>I used this site to www.jeulia.co.za to purchase 2 rings on seperate occasions. </p> <p> </p> <p>The website would lead a person to believe that they are local to south Africa. But this is not the case. After processing my purchase 3 days later customs calls me to let me know they have my parcel but that i need to pay custom duty to have it released. This was never the agreement, i addressed it with them and thet said this has never happened and they apologised. I then purchased 2nd item and it was the same issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only was i mislead regarding delivery and additional taxes id be liable for, but now the items i purchased are peeling and its been 2 months. Is all the products Jeulia.co.za provides of such popr quality? Nowhere on the website does it say calour will peel off!</p> <p> </p> <p>Im not impressed with this false advertising. I spent money on something i liked. Now only to have to buy something locally to replace it because of the shocking quality. </p>
