Disappointing

Disappointed with service and the lack of information when ordering, had I known from the start that the items are done through the SA Post Office I would never have placed the order In the beginning of my order shipment they did keep me informed but now almost 3 months down the line and still no delivery plus not replying to my emails I just want to warn others that order to be aware that your purchace may go missing or take up to 2 months to get to you I have requested a refund but have had no reply as yet
