Black dimon Ring now silwer

I bought a Black Diamond Ring from Jeulia, after only wearing it for less than a month now, the black has chipped off and I sort of have a silver ring with black patches. Juelia wants me to send them another R1500 and they will then only send me a new ring... WHY? the new black ring will also become silver within 2 weeks!
