BEWARE : **** reviews, **** customer care Number ,**** Email , Extremely Bad service and hidden costs. Poor quality

<p>BEWARE of Jeulia.co.za. First off they are not local ,They are a Chinese company thus ZERO customer service in RSA if anything goes wrong. THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ON THEEIR WEBSITE IS ****. EMAIL IS FALSE. Your money is never refunded. There is a 50% import Duty payable if they send you their poor quality product that they do not tell you about until you get a email from SARS to pay or lose your Import. BUT WAIT that is not all:</p> <p>After being taken for over R4200”I've done some investigation and found out that they actively clean any negative comments on their Facebook page within minutes and even post **** comments on their posts from people that don’t exist. Worst of all they post **** reviews on this very site (Hello Peter ) on how good their products is and how happy they are. THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HELLO PETER IS ****!! The good reviews on Facebook IS ****!</p> <p><br />PLEASE IGNORE THE GOOD (**** ) REVIEWS ! Their own courier company confirmed that they only deliver about 20% of the orders that arrive at OR Thambo because of extra cost and quality issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>If They lie about their Customer care number do you really want to do buisiness with them?</p>
