Bad Delivery Services - False advertising

<p>I ordered a ring from Jeulia and paid the full price on the order, gave all my particulars regarding the delievery. I have never had to pay seperate chargers to the customs or for any other online orders. if the expected chargers are not included in the pricing the least that can be done is include the expected amount that is to be charged at customs.</p> <p>To think that I was expecting the delivery in at least a weeks time, I get a message stating that I need to pay DHL in order to receive my order, which is an additional unexpected cost that set the delivery date back. If I am experiencing this form or services it would mean that everyone else that is ordering from Jeulia is going through the same thing as I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>It would be wise to exclude the "free delivery" from the purchase amount as I had to pay for delivery.</p>
