It was my second order from Jeulia, when i got the ring, it was a little big, i contacted them immediately, they asked my order number, reason and something else, and then they sent me the return info, and told me that rep**** them with the tracking on my returning, i returned it by UPS, 6 days later, I received my ring , just my size, they noted that my new ring shipped ,kept me informed, totally satisfied with your total shopping experience!
