Faulted deducted money to be refunded on a faulty game day

Good day,

I paid this through Hollywood bets in South Africa and I have not been helped or my problem been resolved.

On the 17th and 18th of February 2023 from 17:00 on the 17th till around 4am on the 18th. I was playing Jetx and Aviator.

I kept placing my bet but both bottoms kept not changing colour to green to show I placed my bet it stayed yellow. But on my account my money was being deducted.

This went on for some time as some bets would go through and other would not. And it would indicate a LOSS on my account statement.

I made call on the early hours of Sunday morning(19th February 2023) and the consultant had told me that yes Jetx had a problem at that time I was playing.

I put my query across the Monday and still nothing has been done or no refunds have been made. I was given a case number which is ***4 but three weeks later nothing.

Can we resolve this matter and already a. I would like to have my refunds on the issue. It's been way too long an. It almost an amount of R10,000.00.

Can we treat this matter with urgency please. Or can I have the contact details for the supplier Jetx so I can escalate this myself please.
