Jetweb blocking domain transfer

Been over 10 days we put in a transfer request and Jetweb are no joy in letting us leave them. First they tell us about been charged for another month but we had paid full year in advance then been giving issues and delays to letting the transfer go through. Again we check who.is and the domain is still transfer locked by Jetweb. Please can someone at Jetweb unlock our domain and please let us no longer be your clients
