Bad service and bad management
I bought jetour x70 plus 10 months ago and my car is still under warranty,my radiator started leaking excessively I took in for repairs and I'm told than I need to pay new radiator and repairs.according to my understanding warranty covers for this kind of unforeseen circumstances.
I'm very disappointed 😞 and the white lady on the service department is very ****** and rude. When you come to buy car from them everything seems Rosie but when you experience problems you on your own

28 Jul 2026, 05:46I have arrived at the dealership 16:50 and the foreman without diagnosis of the car he is saying the reason why it the radiator started negligence and by 16.55 serv ce supervisor Is giving me the quotation for how much to pay while the car is still parked outside,they never checked nor to take it to service workshop.this dealership is a full of boggas white people
