Zizi from Jet needs customer service training!
I was at Jet in Maponya Mall on Saturday 12/01 and while making payment I noticed a pregnant lady in the que. I asked the cashier next to the one I was being assisted by to help her because she looked exhausted. He (Zizi was his name) flatly refused and told me that he was in merchandising and had a deadline to meet. Mind you this is after he had helped everyone other customer that came before the pregnant lady and I.
My cashier experienced a problem with DSTV payment and asked him for help, even that was a major issue for him.
I’m extremely disappointed by his attitude and I fail to understand why he took a job that requires him to give good customer service because he clearly seems to hate it.
Helping one more customer wouldn’t have ****ed him.
