TYGERVALLEY branch Chante Du Plessis and the Manager Raymond. Never ever again these people has no clue of what the job intail. I wanted to buy a black patent leather block heel shoe and went toe Zevenwacht branch they only had a 3 and 8 I asked them to check other branches and they picked up four size 6 and -7 . When I got TYGERVALLEY jet, the cashier Chante which me and the cashier spoke to on the phone to make sure it is the correct item says she thought it was a dress the shoe was explained to her as a black patent leather block heel shoe. The manager listened to the situation and vanished. However Chante walking around with a smile on her face . I feel i was mislead and an apology will not cover my fuel expenses. I Very upseti will take this matter further for sure just to make you people understand that if you employ people make sure you choose the right people that's not gonna cost you your reputation ot even end up in court.
