your intervention for assistance

my name khazamula William Baloyi id *** P.O.Box 3667 Malamulele 0982 contact *** an account holder at Jet in Thohoyandou .on the 25 /06/2015 I was shocked to receive an amount of R55 appearing in my phone.i called Vodacom and they told me that the matter emanated from Jet Store and I when I contact Jet they refered me to RMCS.having contected RMCS who gave me their reference no as *** after I contacted them at *** and ***. my big problem is that I use this number for a business now ever since this happen my business have come to stand still and im unemployed looking after my family with this phone number.my phone is now deactivated from tranfering airtime to my customers and ihave never entered into a contract with either Jet or RMCS this is a suprice and shock to me .<br> <br> I therefore humbly request for your intervention as quickly as possible since my business has stopped as im speaking all functions that I was using have stoped and my phone simply display unknown to every incoming caller.this is embarrassing me .<br> <br> I shall be glad if my complain can be attended as a matter of urgency<br> <br> Khazamula William Baloyi<br> ***3
