YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT JET

On the 30/12/2022 I purchased a pack of 5 Bear mens briefs at Jet N1 City when I came at home in Rawsonville to there was only 4 briefs in the pack. I then contacted the manager of the store Chaconne and she told me to go to my nearest jet store which is 20+ km away and they will refund my money for the one missing brief. I told her this is unacceptable as I now have the inconvenience of getting transport to go to a Jet store and also have to take time off from work. I will not recommend anyone to purchase underwear from Jet quickly as my thoughts is that if they can take a piece from the pack what else are they capable of. I then called their head office and spoke to a lady called Felicity who just bluntly told me take it up with the manager of the store this has nothing to do with head office.
