You cant tap to pay

I have been to 2 Jet stores in the pasg 2 weeks, Jet Southgate and Jet Westgate today anf i am disappointed at the fact they you cant tap either with your phone or card, the other day as I was about to make payment I realized i forgot my card in the car but had my phone to tap but couldn't because the store doesn't allow. Kindly put up a notice so we know before getting at the till and being given attitude by the tellers when we ask to tap.
