****y payment system and nonsense customer service

I have paid via EFT on 23rd 2020 still no feedback my payment not allocated into my account it's the 1st I don't know how long is their 48hours Kanti...this RCS **** company. No customer service you call you do not get instant assistance. You are told it is escalated, you can't be connected to the allocation department you are just told 48hours n calls are being dropped...who will be charged interest of late payments? When one paid early? Your giving us ******* service just close down
