Wrong pricing

I went to buy shoes at Jet store in Sandton city on my way to make a payment I saw their beauty products I looked and looked then I decided to take the eye shadow pallette going for R24, 99 I went and pay those things done when check my receipt the pallette R48. I went back to the cashier and told her about it, she went and check it's right there R24, 99 price displayed "then she says that for eyeliner" now why would you put a pallette on an eyeliner price tag. I said I want it in that price. They refused I'm not happy at all with this we are talking about money here. I could have something else with that money.
