Wrong billing of statement

I am not impressed with the way jet stores customer care handled my concern I went to jet in northriding where i opened my clothing account with them,my reason for visiting them was to make my monthly payment, how ever I had a query with the amount stated on the statement, the shop assistant on duty called customer care and she handed me the phone I spoke to the lady and during the call the phone cuts of without finalizing my explanation,the shop assistant calls them again this time I spoke to another person by the name of sthabile in the middle of the call the phone cuts of again,I wonder if this is a way of avoiding customers to speak to them or what.
