Worst services from Jet stores

<p>On saturday 20.05.2017, i walked in to Jet stores in Pritchard street, Johannesburg and I had a plastic with clothes that had been previously purchased at Jet. when entering the store, a female security gaurd is having a chat with her collegue, so I raise the plastics and she says sharp. I proceed with my shopping, pay and prepare to leave the store. Using the other entrance, the security now requests for receipt for the clothes i walked in with. While trying to explain the the other security said it's okay I can enter the store. The security is called and with a very rude attitude, she says if you're a clever, you need to use your brain , when you know you not carrying the receipt. So basically I needed to remind the security on how to do her job. Had she not been chatting with a friend, she would have advised of the correct proccess. I was forced to leave the clothes at Jet, treated like a shop lifter. After an hour when I return, simple answer I get, No the manager has checked the cameras and we saw that you walked in with the plastic. No apology, no nothing. Black on Black service in this country is seriously appauling.</p>
