Worst service in the history of services I've received.
Bought a Samsung grand prime plus at Jet and within 5days I had to return as it was giving me problems. I was told it was gonna be booked in for repairs and it would take about 2 to 3 weeks. Its been 2months and I still haven't gotten it back. Every time I go to jet Alex mall. They just tell me they will call and enquire. I've checked 4 times and I still don't have any feedback as to when the phone is going to come back from repairs.
