Worst service from Jet Financial Services and Insurance

I lost my phone Hisense U989 on Monday the 12th last week. I went to Jet Khayelitsha same day and claimed for insurance. On Thursday I called for an update at Finchoice and they said there was no affidavit only thr claim form. I went back to Jet on Friday and the Sales Assistant for cellphones sent the documents twice and she was shocked that they did not get the affidavit cause she sent both the affidavit and claim form and she showed me the computer with both documents and sent them in my presence.

I have been calling all day today both thr store and Finchoice the store resent the Affidavit and called Finchoice again and they say they haven't received the Affidavit. I am sick and tired of this. I am missing out on so many things cause I don't have a phone and it seema like I won't get one anytime soon. You gonna lose customers I am telling you if you keep on with this. But it's fine
