Worst service from Jet and their call centre

I’m am absolutely angry and dissatisfied with the service from Jet. I am making my monthly payments but my closing balance keeps going up. I am paying the fee which is asked of me but the balance keep going up. Absolutely horrible service from client service when I ask for an explanation.
