Worst Service Ever Jet

If I could I would give a zero for pathetic service very one from cashier to the people in Accounts call centre and the people who call you sing up for funeral service they leave a bad taste in your mouth and there is nothing you can do to wash it out was sent from pillar to post with my mother who opened an account at Church Street Pietermaritzburg everything was great made purchase first installment R180 one call in January with a rude sales man who spoke to fast sold her a funeral service for R200 and something else for a R100 her installment is now R570 even though she did not agree went into Jet Church Street the ladies at Accounts were gossiping and totally useless the topping on the cake was Ashley she said she was tired didn't listen to a word we said walked off and shrugged oh she also said she didn't want to help us we sat there till the light went out the store was closed. NO HELP Next day 13 January 2019 we ended up at Jet seemed like we could get help but we were told to go to Edgars that is where we got the greatest service ever. Jet all we want to do is cancel this overpriced insurance that us useless to us not to mention your sales man technically committed ***** its sad that you have stooped to such low levels and no we will not be paying 380 for insurance we did not agree to take cancel it and refund our account.
