worst service ever

good day my name is angie im someone that is trying to build up a credit record since i never had one before.... now as far as i now and what people and the banks told me is to go to clothing stores and start their so i went to jet at carnival mall Brakpan... the lady at the till point took all my info and typed it into the system and gave me a number and told me that i have to phone the number to finalize the application so i did when a consultant answered and asked me questions nothing that the lady typed in the system was correct for ins tens my salary that is 18000 she typed 500 and so on but after i gave all the correct info i was told i will get a answer in 7 to 14 working days its been one month already now i that's the worst service every and how is someone like me going to be able to build a credit record.....
