Worst service ever

I went to Jet on Saturday to purchase some winter clothes for my child. Upon reaching home he tried on the clothes but it was to small. The next day I returned to the store to exchange it for a bigger size and was told by the branch manger(Sanele) that due to Covid 19 they are not allowed to do exchanges. I find this totally unacceptable. Surely they should make provision for exchanges.
