Worst Service at The Forchini Group's Jet Store

This was the worst experience I've encountered in a very long time. I went to Jet Store Zevenwagcht Mall to buy something. The staff was so unprofessional and not a grain of customer service could be found. The line at the payment was so long,because only 2 cashiers were serving customers. The one assisting somebody with a cellphone sale.The manager was not at work although it was almost 10h00. The other staff member was busy hanging and checking rails while the customer lines got longer and longer. Out of the 5 till points only 2 were manned. The customers ,were getting impatience but to no avail. At the till point you had to forcefully pay for a recycled bag,advertising the store. This I found ridiculous, because why should I pay to advertise a shop. During these hard times,customers are still being subjected to financial abuse by retailers.
