Worst service at Jet limpopo

Bought school shoes from jet modjadji plaza in limpopo size 6 but they didn't fit the baby we went to exchange but they didn't have size 7 and refused to give us a refund and said we must take something in their shop even though we had a slip and shoes were returned on the next day... Tried their custumer service but I ain't getting any help
