Worst service

To whom it may concern

I am extremely unsaturated with the service experienced with Jet and there cell phone partner mobicell... I bought 2 tablets from them and since the first month of using these tablets they have been giving issues... I took the device back and all I got told by the retailer is that they need to send it in for upgrades and it had been in an out of the repair shop countless times... I mean it's been in more for repairs then it's been used and all I get told is that it is not their issue and it has to be sent away... And 2 weeks go passed and it comes back and it's still not right... Please tell me who I can speak to in connection with this issue as it can't only be one persons issue, it's both where I bought this tablet from JET and mobicell the supplier
