Worst service

I went to jet stores in lenasi Signet Terrace and I was told I had an overdue amount of R2900. Mzwakhe Mazibuko a manager failed to explain were this amount is coming from. He then called call center and I spoke to Matshidiso who was very rude and not professional. She told me I don't listen,i'm speaking nonsense and I will pay the overdue amount like or not after she failed to give me an explanation about the overdue amount.
