Worst Jet service, EVER!

Hi Peter, Jet has been nothing but a bad service by them. I tried to cancel my account (paid the full balance on Saturday 31-07-2021). I called the call centre from Menlyn Jet (a helpful lady i might add). They asked me lots of questions dating to 10 years back, I can't answer some of them because I can't remember yet they told me I could not cancel my account immediately. They are terrible.
