Worst experience ever

A lady by a name of Lulu in East London Jet oxford street, has no customer service s****s. i stood in front of her to do my layby and there was noone in the queue she waited till there where 2 people behind me and she disregarded me and asked those ladies to pay first while i was standing by her counter ready to pay. i stood there from 09:20 am heavily pregnant and rushing to a gynae appointment at 10:00, i stood there until 09:45 till i complained to a manager and was then assisted. the manager promised to follow up on what happened and later that day i received 2 calls from Lulu apologising for her behaviour.

My question / complaint / argument was to, if i did not complain to the manager when would i have been helped or attended to?

the manager never got back to me.
