Worst customer service EVER!

I bought a shirt at Jet at Ndwedwe and thinking it was a long sleeve, when I got home I realized it was a short sleeve and immediately went back not even a hour later and the shirt wasn't even worn but the manager was rude shouted at me saying it's not her business and she doesn't work for me. I don't understand what provoked her so much when it was a simple and calm request to change the shirt, she even went as far as to push me and one of the staff members asked to me to let her be saying "she's like that always".

The service is appalling and I don't understand why hire people to work with customers if they're not a "people's person" nor have the patience to deal with us. I will be reporting this further because of the embarrassment I suffered at the hands of this rude lady!
